Return Policy
Kate Dylan will happily accept unworn clothing with original tags and receipts for store credit within 14 days of delivery. Store credit will not expire and will be in the form of an e-gift card to use online. All candles, accessories, and sale items are final sale. Original shipping charges will be non-refundable.
Returns can be shipped using any method of choice at the customer’s expense. Store credit will be issued once the return is received.
